Is there a free trial?

14-day free trial on paid plans where the product is available. No credit card is required to request a trial, and billing is confirmed before a paid subscription starts.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans are pro-rated.

Do you offer discounts?

Annual billing and volume discounts are available. Verified non-profits, students and academic researchers can request additional pricing review via hello@wheelder.com.

How does support work?

All paid plans include email support during business hours. Business and Enterprise tiers include Slack/Teams shared channels, priority response SLAs and named contacts.

Where is data stored?

EU (Frankfurt) and US (Virginia) by default on Business+ plans. Custom regions and on-prem options available on Enterprise.
